Sometimes you feel like today is the best day in your life. And sometimes you feel like today is the worst day. Sometimes you feel like you’re in a good mood and other times, it could be the opposite. This keeps going on in life and it may get hard to keep focused on the important things and not let small tiny things affect you.
It is very important to be grateful for the things, events and people in your life. To stay grounded, you need to know who is true to you and who is someone that you can rely on. To keep focused, it is good to stay grounded and you can do that by taking 5 or 10 mins everyday to let go of everything and just be grateful.
What are you grateful about? What do you appreciate in life? Write down 20 things you are grateful for. This may be harder than you think.
The list below is the list of some of the things i love and are absolutely grateful about in my life. Im grateful for everything and i love everything but these are tiny little things that i just love so much that make my heart tingle! This list will not include people or things that have happened. These are just little things in life!
Fresh clean bedsheets, baths, drawing doodling or painting, singing, candles candles candles candles, warm freshly cleaned clothes, yoga, warm sunshine, the beach, reading, cute clothes, talking to people and just being REAL, pouring rain, planning my day, food- real food and writing!
Write yours down and keep it for a long time. In a year you can read that list again and bring up memories and think about why you love it!! Thats all x
