Be true to yourself

Hi everyone! I know i’ve not written in a while but that was because i was a little sick and i had activities at school. I didn’t go to school today though…and that is why i’m writing now.

So this post is going to be about being AND staying true to yourself. I find this so important and i think that everyone should live life with this quote in their minds because it is so true and wonderful. Being true to yourself is really difficult as there are so many distractions in life. There are bitches and jerks everywhere, bias teachers and mean principals, peer pressure and blackmailing…ETC! These are some of the things that really pull you away from who you really are and they tear your pure kind soul apart. They change you to be someone that you’re not and the next thing is that you yourself don’t even know who you are anymore. You become detached from your original self and you become lost and confused. And the sad thing is that some people don’t even get to realize that!

So with this quote in your head, stand up for what you believe in and stand alone if you have to. Don’t give up if you have a goal and stay clear, do NOT be blinded by other things that will lead you away from your goal. Love yourself and respect yourself. Never forget who you are.

RUN

I think that working out is really important and that everybody should workout at least once a week. If you’re always too busy to workout because of schoolwork or work, then MAKE THE TIME! Schedule 15 minutes or more on your calendar on a weekend maybe and don’t miss it!

This post is about running! There are top 15 reasons to run and i hoped that this motivated you to run. If you have thought that running is a waste of time or ineffective then YOU’RE WRONG! Look at the reasons and think again. Of course doing crunches and push ups are effective but running isn’t useless. It helps too! I just wanted to clear that up because I’ve been hearing that running is not worth it. That’s wrong! You should run. However if you can’t run then jog! Or power walk! Just normally walking will do too. Good bye! Start running and get fit x

Feel happy

There was this quote that I read a long time ago but I’ve forgotten who it was from… if anyone out there knows then tell me and I’d be more than happy to credit that person.

i love this so much because it is so motivational and touching. Whenever I feel sad or lonely, I imagine someone telling me this quote and I feel better! So if anyone of you people are having a hard time, go and give this long quote a read 😉
